We offer Basic, Intermediate, & Advanced Group Classes for puppies and adult dogs. Our positive reinforcement methods are practical and effective.  Your 4-legged pal will be prepared for everyday life circumstances.  "Frogs to Dogs' goal is to effectively train our client's dog(s) using positive, non-confrontational training methods," says Frogs to Dogs' owner Andrew Zbeeb. "Some dogs are very quick learners; others require more time.  By offering unlimited classes, we're able to guarantee that all of the dogs master basic skills."  Depending on the pet's progress, participants may attend as many or as few classes as they like.  We enjoy having a patient and practical learning environment. Training is a lot of fun and we work hard to ensure that you enjoy your training experience with us. We encourage you to contact us for some references of our recent graduates. We have several classes for you to attend each week.  Please submit a training profile so we can gather some basic information about you and your dog.  Once the profile is completed, we will email you further details and information on the unlimited basic obedience training classes.  Intermediate & Advanced training classes are offered to dogs that complete our basic obedience program.  

 

We also offer Private Training. Private lessons address any behavioral concern you might have. Here is a list of some common behavioral concerns we frequently see: anxiety, aggression, leash pulling, jumping, household manners, puppy headaches, etc. We will meet with you and your pet for an initial consultation to discuss your training needs. After the consultation, we will recommend our suggested training path. Each training session is customized to you and your pet's needs.  

Training Rates

Please complete the Training Profile in preparation for your training services.

• Private Behavioral Training - $120 for the initial one hour training orientation. The purpose of this orientation is to determine the recommended training program for your needs. Each following training lesson will be held at the rate of $85 per hour. All behavioral training lessons are customized to your pet's needs (and your requested areas for improvement) and take place at various locations (e.g., Home, Park, FTD Training School).
• Unlimited Basic Group Obedience Training Program - $175 - Basic group training classes are unlimited. Our methodology is to involve the new beginner level dogs with the more developed dogs that are learning basic training obedience. The pet owners and their dogs help one another navigate through our basic obedience techniques with the guidance of our lead trainer, Zsolt Menesi. Our training approach is very personalized and tailored to each dog. You can attend as many classes as you would like. The classes will cover how to teach your dog the following commands: focus, sit, down, stay, heel, and come. We will also cover loose leash walking and solutions to fundamental behavioral problems. 
• Unlimited Intermediate Group Training Program - $175 -Once you graduate from basic obedience training, it will be time to jump up a level to unlimited intermediate training. Zsolt will be proofing the techniques you learned in basic training, but he will be adding more distractions and longer durations to the commands. Your dog will also become further desensitized to a leash. Long leads and hand signals will be added into the training routine in addition to much more! This course will prepare you for an off leash, advanced training course. 
• Advanced Group Training Program - $195 - Our advanced training program is a 6 week course that teaches a non-confrontational technique in a group setting. This class will proof the sit, down, stay, heel, loose leash, and moving heel. We will also teach hand signals, with a primary focus on off leash training.
